Product Returns


1.  We are members of Modint, on all our agreements Modint conditions apply. These are filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Utrecht under number 30093930. In particular, article 11 (page 6 of the Modint conditions) is relevant concerning returns.

2.  Please check the delivery immediately upon entry, but in any case before the goods are decorated, on product, color, size and reference. This also applies to deliveries to a different delivery address. Decorating means acceptance of the goods as they are received.

3.  We ask you to indicate defects in deliveries as clearly as possible on the shipmentlist  and then fax (+31 71 5810760) or email it to us (verkoop@hmz.nl).

4.  Complaints on deliveries and invoices must be deposited asap, but in any case within 8 days after delivery.

5.  If you want to return goods, you can ask for a return order at Customer Service (+31 71 5810766 or info@hmz.nl). Keep the invoice number to hand! Customer service will then mail the returnorder. We ask you to put this with the returned goods. Please dont put goods in the box that are not on the return order. Returns without return form will not be accepted.

6.  Please  properly package returns, seal the boxes well, adress them clearly and put the return number clearly on the box.

7.  If the order is delivered wrong by us, we will instruct our carrier to collect the return on our costs. If it is ordered wrong by you, you can send it to us yourself (Please add return order). If requested, we will pick it up with you, but we will pass freight costs on.

8.  Upon entering our distribution center, we will check your return. We ask you to only return unworn, undamaged and unprocessed goods in the original packaging.

9.  If the goods are returned due to an incorrect delivery, it will be decided in consultation with you to either replace the goods or credit them. If they are returned because of an incorrect order, the goods will be credited. In this case a handling fee will be charged of 10% of the property value, with a minimum of 7.50. Additionally, if there are any, freight- and return freight costs will be charged.

10.  Samples, specially ordered items and closed out articles (Outlet) are generally not returnable.

11.  If you return a defective product or a complaint, we ask you to send us a sample within 15 working days, accompanied by a clear description of the problem and the appropriate number of copies, including the original invoice number of the delivery. Please mark imperfections with a piece of tape.

12.  You will receive a notification by email, if the return is received by us, with a return number. Then, we strive to settle the return as soon as possible.
